Here’s where ‘Arkangel’ episode of ‘Black Mirror’ was shot

PopGoesTheNews – Season 4 of the anthology series Black Mirror debuted at the end of December and one of the episodes getting the most attention is Arkangel, directed by Jodie Foster.

Set in the not-so-distant-future in a Pennsylvania town, Arkangel was actually filmed in Southern Ontario in the fall of 2016.

Rosemarie DeWitt, who starred in the 2015 made-in-Ontario Poltergeist remake, plays a single mother whose daughter Sara is implanted with a chip that allows her to track the girl, monitor her vitals and actually see what she sees.

Sara as a young girl is played by homegrown actors Aniya Hodge and Sarah Abbott and as a teen by Australian Brenna Harding.

Veteran Canadian actor Nicholas Campbell (DaVinci’s Inquest) plays the father of Dewitt’s character.

Fans curious about some of the key locations used in Arkangel need look no further.
