Pop Goes The News — Canadian actress Anna Silk, best known for her lead role in Lost Girl, is expecting her second child.

The 41-year-old Fredericton, N.B. native and her husband, TV writer Seth Cooperman, are already parents to 2-year-old son Samuel.

The couple were married nearly six years ago.

“We are thrilled to be expanding our family,” Silk tweeted Tuesday.

No due date has been shared but Silk showed off a small baby bump Sept. 19 at the Face Forward Charity Gala in Los Angeles.

Earlier this year, Silk wrapped the fifth and final season of Lost Girl in Toronto.
